Maurizio specialises in asset allocation strategies and inter-generational wealth preservation.

Maurizio started his private banking career, over 20 years ago, with FIBI, a Safra Bank at the time. Then he managed the Representative office of Bank Hapoalim Switzerland in Israel, until he was offered the position of Head of Private Bank in Geneva. 

In 2015, Maurizio decided to set-up a boutique wealth management and multi-family office to cater for the needs of HNW families.

Maurizio holds an MBA from the City University of London Cass Business School and is a licensed investment advisor by the ISA. Maurizio is the Joint author of the book: “The Technical Analysis method for investing in securities”.

Ohad specialises in advising entrepreneurs in Europe and Israel.

As a former lawyer, Ohad’s expertise in international taxation led him to advise large international families including new immigrants to Israel and expats in London.

Ohad started his career in wealth management at Goldman Sachs, before moving to head the Israeli desk for Barclays Wealth and later for Edmond de Rothshild UK. In his last role Ohad was a Managing Director at UBS UK, running the Israeli desk out of London.

Ohad holds a Master degree in law from Tel Aviv university and an MBA from Columbia University in NYC.

Prior to joining Alere Syon, Giovanna was the Liaison Officer of the COO at Banque Lombard Odier in Geneva. Her tasks were to facilitate the interaction between the Private Bank and Compliance Departments. Having also previously been a relationship manager at HSBC, Giovanna is able to reconcile both the compliance and business aspects of her work to the benefit of the company.

Prior to joining Alere Syon, Monika was the Head of Credit of Bank Hapoalim (Switzerland) Ltd, Zurich, being in charge of the bank’s credit business and risk assessment for Switzerland and Luxembourg. Before that she was Branch Manager of Bank Hapoalim Geneva and Head of Letters of Credit and Guarantees at Bank of New-York Inter Maritime Geneva. She has extensive banking experience in various senior client facing positions and profound knowledge in the area of risk and credit

Tom has worked in wealth management for over 12 years specialising in International Business Management.

He started his career at Barclays in London where he held several front office roles, before later joining Edmond De Rothschild as a Business Manager.  He most recently worked as a Business Manager at UBS in London specialising in the Israeli and UK resident non-domiciled Market.

Tom holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of Kent.

Michel is responsible for the administrative functions at Alere Syon Wealth.

Prior to joining us, Michel was Office Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager in a Multi-Family Office in Geneva.

Before that, he was Operation Cash Officer of SYZ Group in Geneva. 

Michel started his career with a 3 Year apprenticeship at bank UBP SA in Geneva.

Olivia is an investment specialist and a CFA charter holder. She is an independent member of the Alere Syon Investment Committee. 

She started her career in Asset management and worked for seven years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in France and London. In 2009, Olivia moved to Israel and joined Leumi’s Private Banking unit, advising foreign residents across Central Europe. In 2015 she joined UBS in London as an investment specialist for HNW clients and held that position until 2020.
